In honour of National Advertising Week we're throwing it back and taking a look at our favourite viral ads from the last five years.
2015: Budweiser #BestBuds
They say a dog is a man’s best friend. Budweiser’s 2015 Super Bowl XLIX commercial “Lost Dog, ” is a tale of how a true friend will always have your back. Brian Perkins, Vice President shares, "It's a storyline that people of all walks of life can relate to."

2013: Coca-Cola: Share a Coke
Sharing is caring! In 2013, Coca-Cola swapped out their famous logo with common names, so you could Share a Coke with the people who matter most. Chris Ross, Senior Brand Activation Manager shares, “Share a Coke is about taking our global brand and making it personal to our consumers, giving them the chance to share a personalised Coke with friends or loved ones and create special moments of happiness, and memories.” Who do you like to share a Coke with?
2012: KONY 2012
Invisible Children’s powerful 30-minute ad campaign for KONY 2012 took the Internet by storm while shedding light on Joseph Kony, leader of the Lord’s Resistance Army in Uganda. Chances are that you probably saw this appear in your Facebook feed or noticed a countless amount of flyers posted around town mimicking the campaigns branding.
2011: The Force: Volkswagen Commercial
Spinning off of the classic Star Wars franchise, this Volkswagen Super Bowl commercial caught the attention of millions during its 2012 air. Fan or not, viewers everywhere became instant fans of Darth Vader when he discovered the all new 2012 Passat in the driveway.
