INSPIRED: The Moment Factory at LAX
July 15, 2013
The Tom Bradley International Terminal at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) has been transformed. The Moment Factory, a new media and entertainment studio, have brought architecture and media together with the new terminal creating an engaging and immersive cinematic experience.
Seven architecturally scaled, media features have taken up position in the terminal showcasing original cinematic content that brings elements of romance and whimsy to the travel experience. The content is never shown in the same order or sequence, ensuring a unique experience for every traveller.
This project takes into account the modern architecture of LAX and incorporates media to present stories and experiences that unravel throughout the terminal. The most jaw-dropping feature is ”The Time Tower” – a 72 foot clock tower (shown in image above) that wraps around the main elevators.
