Rooted in a philosophy of authentic dishes with intense flavours, the Zuma experience is complemented by an informal Japanese dining style called ‘izakaya.’ This swanky resto is no stranger to celebs like Quentin Tarantino, who often parks his yacht right outside.

FAV DISH: Kinoko no kama meshi (rice hotpot with wild mushrooms and Japanese vegetables & tuna tartar)
