With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, we couldn’t resist a little romance of a winter wedding. Whether it’s on Pinterest, Instagram or the pages of the latest issue of ELLE, we love to be in-the-know when it comes to what’s trending for the latest wedding dresses, colour schemes, venues and decor.

While fewer brides-to-be choose to get married in the “off-season”, aka winter, there is something magical about the season and more and more couples are starting to take the plunge in the less popular months of December, January and February. And to that we say, why not!?

1) Venue
The perfect setting creates the right mood for your wedding; you can have a wonderfully cozy and intimate celebration with the ones you love the most or a more lavish affair depending on the venue.

Take your winter wedding to Greece. “The Cove” at Trinity Taverna is a beautiful high-ceilinged, open-concept room, while the Lounge is an exclusive area on the second floor with seating for up to 80 guests, a dedicated bar, sound system, private rooftop patio and wine cellar.
