Volcanoes, hot springs and waterfalls. These are just some of the amazing natural occurrences that our fearless leader encountered earlier during her trip to Iceland. Staying close to the capital, Reykajvik, Christine made the most of her trip. She explored the historic Dyrhólaey lighthouse, played with Icelandic ponies, swam in the Blue Lagoon hot springs, hiked to the iconic Seljalandsfoss waterfall, and slept under the Northern Lights.
See some of her favourite moments from the trip below:
Unbelievable pink sunrises made for a beautiful calm. With only 300,000 residents in the entire island, there was no one in sight for miles.
A beutifully designed building that could live in any A-list city in the world. I couldn’t get enough of the views from each direction.
The snow comes down so hard the only way to keep it off my head was to dance.
Unique to Iceland, these small horses.
