Annapolis Mojito
- 2oz Bacardi Superior
- .75oz Wild Blueberry syrup (Acadian Maple products)
- 4 lime segments (half a lime)
- 12 mint leaves (handful)
- Club soda
- Icing sugar

Add limes to a highball glass and muddle to extract juice. Clap mint in your hands and drop into glass. Add a scoop of crushed ice followed by Bacardi Superior and a splash of club soda. Stir well to mix and integrate elements then top with more crushed ice and garnish with a generous bouquet of mint and blueberries. Dust with icing sugar and serve.

Acadian Maple Julep
2oz Bacardi 8 
.75oz Nova Scotian maple syrup  
Ironworks strawberry liqueur
12 mint leaves

Add mint, Bacardi 8 and maple syrup to a Julep cup and bruise the leaves with a bar spoon against the walls of the vessel while also stirring the liquid together. Add a heaping amount of crushed ice and garnish with a generous bouquet of mint and local strawberries. Drizzle Ironworks strawberry liqueur over the garnishes and dust with maple sugar.
